Santa Monica : Campus Radio Station Cited

Santa Monica College’s KCRW was named best non-commercial radio station last month by the College Media Journal. The station, a National Public Radio broadcaster, also received the honor in 1987.
The journal publishes the biweekly New Music Report, which covers college and alternative radio stations in the country.
Highlights of the journal’s award ceremony will be aired on cable television’s MTV in December.
