Vietnam’s First Festival: Communist Vietnam, which this year cracked down on “degenerate” Western videos and literature, has staged its first pop music and dance festival. According to a Sunday report by the official Vietnam News Agency, the week-long festival in Nha Trang province was attended by 10 different art troupes.
