Ingram Micro Names Vice President for Marketing

Larry Carpenter has joined Ingram Micro Inc. as vice president of marketing.

He was previously senior vice president of sales and marketing for Ingram Book Co., a book distributor.

Carpenter has also been director of marketing for Campbell Soup Co.

Ingram Micro, based in Santa Ana, is a distributor of microcomputer products.
