Viejo Bancorp: The parent company of Mission Viejo National Bank said net earnings for 1990 dropped to $954,000 from $2.3 million for 1989. For the fourth quarter, net income declined to $220,000 from $636,000. Total assets rose to $147.5 million at the end of 1990, 12% higher than the $131.4 million recorded for 1989. William T. Brady, chairman and chief executive, said 1990 earnings were affected by weaknesses in the economy and uncertain markets resulting from the Persian Gulf crisis.
