Imagine Films Ends TV Partnership With MCA: Ron Howard’s Imagine Films is ending its television partnership with MCA Inc. and will lay off 30 of its 80 workers, effectively eliminating its TV division. Imagine is 25% owned by MCA. The company revealed last month that it was in discussions with MCA about ending the TV partnership.
