California’s Budget Crisis

I offer this solution to Wilson to solve his $12.6-billion budget deficit:
1. Cancel all the ridiculous perks our state legislators enjoy, but for the most part do not earn; 2. Restore pre-Reagan income tax rates to the wealthy.
