Together, ‘Live’: Performance artists Tim Miller, John Fleck and Holly Hughes, three of the so-called “NEA 4” whose National Endowment for the Arts grants were rescinded by NEA Chairman John Frohnmayer because of the allegedly obscene content of their works, will perform together for the first time in “Live & Uncensored” at UCLA’s Moore Hall, Room 100, tonight at 7:30.
