Osbourne Solution: The fate of two $9-million product-liability lawsuits filed against Ozzy Osbourne and CBS Records will be decided in a hearing scheduled for today in Macon, Ga. Osbourne and CBS are being sued by the parents of two teen-agers who blame subliminal messages allegedly hidden in the British heavy metal singer’s song “Suicide Solution” as the cause of their sons’ shooting deaths. The court is expected to make its final decision this afternoon regarding whether the suit merits trial or dismissal.
