NETWORKING: Marie Walsh of Laguna Hills knows the problems of silicone breast implants (E1). She had her implants removed in February but says they damaged her liver, intestines and blood. . . . Last year she founded the Breast Implant Information Foundation to assist county women with similar problems. An ad attracted 20 women; she says the group now has 120 members. They meet the first Thursday of the month at the Murdy Park rec center in Huntington Beach.
