HAL Inc.: The parent of Hawaiian Airlines reported a first-quarter loss of $17.7 million, compared to a loss of $26.9 million in the same period a year ago. Revenue rose 6% to $83.1 million. The Honolulu-based firm said the results reflected a 47.5% decrease in traffic from last year’s period.
