OAK VIEW : Man Arrested After Pot Plants Found

Police seized hundreds of marijuana plants from the property of an Oak View resident, estimating the street value of the drugs at $460,000, authorities said Tuesday.
Albert Pettis, 59, was arrested on suspicion of cultivating marijuana after 230 plants were found growing at his residence at 414 Riverside Road on Monday, police said.
Pettis is being held in the Ventura County jail.
The raid concluded a weeklong narcotics investigation conducted by Ventura County narcotics detectives, Santa Paula police and the California Highway Patrol.
