Back in the Neighborhood: In a neighborly gesture, KCOP Channel 13 will try the Australian soap opera “Neighbours” in a new time slot starting today instead of canceling it, as previously announced. The show will air daily at 9:30 a.m., kept alive by “viewer demand,” according to station management. It had been seen at 5:30 p.m.
