Woods Takes Junior World Golf Title

SAN DIEGO — Tiger Woods of Cypress shot a final-round three-under-par 69 Friday to win the Optimist Junior World Championships at Torrey Pines. Woods won the boys 15-17 division on the 6,727-yard South course with a four-round total of 286, three strokes ahead of Chris Riley of San Diego.
