Betsy Burton, former chief executive of Supercuts Inc., has been named chairman and chief executive of Postal Instant Press Inc. of Agoura Hills. Privately held PIP is the world’s largest business printer, with more than 1,100 franchises internationally.
Burton joined San Rafael, Calif.-based Supercuts as chairman, president and chief executive in a 1987 leveraged buyout of the hair-care franchiser. Before that, she was president and chief executive of Victory Beauty Systems for three years.
