Interstate Electronics Appoints President

Lawrence A. LaCotti has been appointed president of Interstate Electronics Corp., the Anaheim subsidiary of Figgie International Inc. He succeeds Richard A. Foster, who is retiring after 34 years with the company. LaCotti was formerly vice president and general manager of Rogerson Aircraft Corp. in Pasadena. He previously served as president and chief executive of Lear Astronics Corp. in Santa Monica, and president and chairman of Development Science Corp. LaCotti was also eastern regional manager for Interstate Electronics from 1966 to 1972.
