Bonding With Children: British actor Roger Moore, who has taken on many a foe as moviedom’s James Bond, will fight for children’s rights as a UNICEF Special Representative for the Film Arts. His appointment is to be announced today at the U.N. Building in New York, and he will leave shortly after that for Central America to see UNICEF actions firsthand.
