SANTA ANA : Desktop Publishing at Rancho Santiago

The Rancho Santiago College Public Service Institute is offering two seminars this month on desktop publishing.
Sessions using the Pagemaker system will be held on Aug. 20 and 22, while sessions using the PFS First Publisher system will be held Aug. 21 and 23.
The classes will be held from 1 to 4:50 p.m. in room A-24 of the college’s Santa Ana campus at 17th and Bristol streets.
The fee for each class is $2.50 and they are worth half a unit of college credit.
Topics that will be covered during the sessions include capabilities of the software, how to work with a mouse, design and layout of pages, integrating text and graphics and producing flyers, newsletters, letterheads and announcements.
