Creditors Can Seize TWA Jets: A federal judge ruled that a group of creditors of Trans World Airlines can repossess two jets, five engines and other equipment because of TWA’s failure to pay $6 million in debts. TWA said it hoped to reach a settlement with the creditors to avert the repossession.
