KNJO to Broadcast CLU Football Games

Radio station KNJO-FM in Thousand Oaks has announced that it will broadcast all Cal Lutheran football games this season.
Sean Broderick, who did both play by play and color for the Cal Lutheran games on KMDY-AM radio last season, will be joined in the broadcast booth by R.J. Feith, a former CLU linebacker and graduate assistant coach. Feith will provide the color commentary.
The station (92.7 on the dial), which broadcasts throughout Ventura County and in some areas of the San Fernando Valley, will broadcast the games via tape delay, beginning with a 7:15 p.m. pregame show.
Oxnard television station KADY, which aired selected home games last year, will not broadcast any games this year at the request of the CLU athletic department, according to John Anthony, CLU sports information director.
Anthony said the request was made because the school “felt it would be better to focus on rebuilding the football program and concentrate on Division III play while preparing for Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference play next year.”
