This quintet comes from the English Midlands with a sound (loud, frantic), an attitude (loud, frantic) and two (count ‘em) bass players (no, they don’t do Spinal Tap’s “Big Bottom”). Now all that’s needed is memorable songs, though the sound and attitude are enough to get by on this promising debut.
