PREP FOOTBALL ROUNDUP : One Night Later, Servite Defeats Westminster
- Share via
Tailback Ken Mousseau scored on a 27-yard run with 3:41 remaining to give Servite its third consecutive victory, 18-14 over Westminster, Friday night at Brea-Olinda High.
The game was a makeup of Thursday night’s meeting between the two teams that was postponed when lightning struck a light standard and power was lost.
Westminster (1-2) fell behind, 12-0, but rallied behind the passing of quarterback Johnny Mahurien. Mahurien threw one touchdown pass and Westminster scored its second touchdown on a halfback option pass by Matt Bailey.
