Long Beach Poly 31, Palmdale 14--Scoey Peters led the visiting Jackrabbits (1-3) with 72 yards in 17 carries and one touchdown.
Palmdale quarterback Terrence Zenno ignited the Falcons (0-4) in the second half. But Jackrabbit defensive tackle Fia Ili squelched two late Falcon rallies with an interception and a fumble recovery. Zenno completed five of 13 passes for 86 yards and one touchdown.
