SMALL FACES: The first live teaming of Bob Dylan and Keith Richards in six years will be a highlight of a five-day “Guitar Legends” festival in Seville, Spain. Selected excerpts will be aired in a three-hour pay-per-view special Saturday shown in Southern California at 9 p.m. Other performers due at the festival include Robert Cray, Les Paul, Robbie Robertson and Joe Satriani. . . . Iggy Pop does guest vocals on “Miniskirt Blues” on the upcoming Cramps album, “Look Mom, No Head.” The album will be released Nov. 4.
