Baja Symphony Debut: The Symphony Orchestra of Baja California, an ensemble of Soviet expatriate musicians, is to make its long-delayed debut tonight at 8:30 as the official orchestra of Baja. Led by conductor and founder Eduardo Garcia Barrios, the orchestra will perform at Casa de la Cultura in Ensenada.
