COURTHOUSE LIFE: Since its doors closed to official business 13 years ago, the old courthouse in Santa Ana has been used mostly as a setting for movies, such as Henry Fonda’s “Gideon’s Trumpet.” But the renovated building, which now houses a museum, is going to come to life Monday for real-life courtroom drama. Because the current courthouse is bulging with cases, a civil case will start in the old courthouse. . . . Officials say it is the only thing available. “We’re so overloaded, we’re going to hold one trial in a conference room,” says spokeswoman Lynn Fenton.
