Holden Proposes Reward in Merchant’s Killing

Los Angeles City Councilman Nate Holden on Friday proposed a $25,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the assailant who killed a Korean merchant on Wednesday night.
The City Council is expected to discuss Holden’s motion at its Tuesday meeting. Kwang Ho Song, 32, manager of Rick’s Fish Market at 4750 W. Washington Blvd., was shot to death during an attempted robbery. Police have no suspects.
