Art Funds
I don’t agree that the taxpayers should be supporting art through the NEA at a time when the national debt is out of control. And I am no Philistine, being an amateur artist myself with an eye for the aesthetic. But with the liberalization of art media, I defy anybody to define what “art” is. That uncertainty combined with the political environment is sure to make the funds from the NEA just another pork barrel.
