Thomas Henderson, a former world-class weight lifter, has pleaded guilty to conspiring to traffic in steroids and has promised to cooperate with federal investigators. Henderson, 37, of Iowa City, pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court in Des Moines and faces a maximum of five years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000.
