$24-Billion Aid Package for Russia

The best April fool’s joke was when our wimp President Bush presented and took full credit for the $24-billion aid plan for Russia. Let’s get one thing out in the open: Germany has already given over $47 billion worth of aid and is again the leading country that is going to give the most of the new $24-billion aid plan. The U.S. is giving the least and is making it sound as if we are the one who is giving the most.
