First Lady’s PSA: First Lady Barbara Bush will appear in a public service announcement at the end of the CBS-TV movie “The Secret,” which airs Sunday at 9 p.m. The film, starring Kirk Douglas, is about a grandfather and grandson who both have dyslexia. In her message, taped at the White House, Bush points out that learning disabilities can be overcome.
