STILL FLOWING: Champagne music maker Lawrence Welk, who died Sunday at age 89, ended his long-running television show 10 years ago, but it still lives on in syndication at public television’s KOCE Channel 50 in Huntington Beach--Saturdays at 8 p.m., repeated Sundays at 6 p.m. . . . “It’s consistently in our Top Ten,” says one station official. “We have a strong Leisure World audience, and they just love it.”
