OAK BROOK, Ill. — If you’ve got a beef with McDonald’s Corp., the fast-food chain says you’ve got a free meal coming.
“If you are not satisfied, we will make it right--or your next meal is on us,” Edward H. Rensi, president and chief executive of McDonald’s U.S.A, said Friday at the company’s annual meeting.
The guarantee, which begins in July, applies to complaints ranging from long lines to cold french fries.
