Litton Systems in Woodland Hills won an $8,009,913 contract from the Navy to design, fabricate and test a brass-board demonstration global-positioning systems guidance package unit consisting of a miniature GPS receiver, a miniature inertial measurement unit, and processors and software for a tightly coupled navigation package. Litton also won a $1,343,550 contract from the Air Force to provide 507 gyro rotor assemblies.
