Kilbarger, 15, was the co-most valuable runner on the cross-country team, the most valuable player--and an all-Century League selection--in soccer, and the track and field team’s top high jumper, leaping 6 feet. He also had a grade-point-average of 3.8.
Kilbarger, 5 feet 7 and 135 pounds, placed fourth in the Junior Olympic pentathlon championships last summer at Chapel Hill, N.C.
Next year, he hopes to try basketball and baseball.
