* Warren Cowan, chairman of Rogers & Cowan, announced that he will leave the Los Angeles-based public relations firm when his contract expires July 1.
The firm, which the 68-year-old Cowan founded in 1950 with Henry Rogers, is owned by Shandwick PLC, a British conglomerate.
