Harry Chandler Williamson and Julia Huntington Pesek exchanged marriage vows in St. Martin’s Episcopal Church in Wayzata, Minn. A reception followed at the Woodhill Country Club.
The bride, a graduate of Sweet Briar College, Va., is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. C. Paul Pesek of Wayzata. Her father is president of Monitor Technology Corp.
The bridegroom, a resident of Newport Beach, is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Norman B. Williamson of San Marino, the great-grandson of former Times Publisher Harry Chandler and great-great-grandson of Harrison Gray Otis, founder of the Times-Mirror Co.
Williamson attended Thacher School and received a degree in international relations from the University of Utah. He is affiliated with Security Pacific Frost & Trinen, Newport Beach. His father was affiliated with Pacific Financial Research, Beverly Hills; his mother serves as a trustee of Scripps College.
