Care Enterprises Inc.: The Tustin health care company posted net income for the second quarter of $814,000, or 7 cents a share, up 65% from the $492,000, or 5 cents a share, recorded a year earlier. Revenue rose slightly to $46.4 million from $46.1 million. For the first half of 1992, net income more than tripled to $1.2 million, or 11 cents a share, from $326,000, or 4 cents a share. Revenue increased 4% to $94.3 million from $90.5 million.
