Hey Rick! There are a lot more of us who wish to relocate. How many of us may come to Montana? Say 2% of the population? That’s about 5 million. Is it OK if each of us bushwhacks our way all over the rugged Montana wilderness and shoots, say, one elk and one deer every year?
You need to decide which side of the fence you stand on and then actually stand there. The rules don’t apply to everyone but you.
