A motorist was left standing naked at a North Hills intersection Saturday after two men robbed him at knifepoint of his car, clothes and shoes, the Los Angeles Police Department said.
The unidentified motorist had stopped for a red light at the intersection of Rayen Street and Sepulveda Boulevard at 1:20 a.m. when he was approached by two men, one of whom put a knife to his neck and ordered him to get out of his car and strip, Sgt. Jim Darling said. The suspects took the man’s clothes and fled in his car.
The victim, who was left with only the socks on his feet, walked to a nearby gas station where an attendant gave him a plastic bag to cover himself, Darling said.
Police gave the man a ride home.
