NONPARTISAN VIEW: Here’s one position by Orange County Republican Chairman Tom Fuentes that Democrats can agree with: He’s calling for Republican volunteers to help take down campaign signs from the Nov. 3 election. . . . “We need to rid the landscape of countless thousands of unsightly signs and posters,” Fuentes says (B3).
