Todd Joyce has been appointed vice president of tax for ICN Pharmaceuticals Inc. in Costa Mesa. He will also be responsible for tax issues at ICN’s three public subsidiaries: SPI Pharmaceuticals Inc., ICN Biomedicals Inc. and Viratek Inc. Joyce was previously tax manager with Coopers & Lybrand in Los Angeles.
