Scott Baldwin, a former Nebraska football player who was shot and paralyzed in a scuffle with police a few days after he quit taking court-ordered medication, should be put in a state mental hospital, a Lincoln, Neb., prosecutor told a court in asking that Baldwin be transferred to Lincoln Regional Center.
