THE LAST WORD: Move over Chairman Mao and Kahlil Gibran--here comes the King. Harper Paperbacks has just published Jeff Rovin’s “The World According to Elvis,” a small-format collection of advice and aphorisms drawn from interviews and other gospels of Graceland:
* On rhythm: “Rhythm is something you either have or you don’t have, but when you have it, you have it all over.”
* On movies: “Only thing worse than watchin’ a bad movie is bein’ in one.”
* On showmanship: “If the songs don’t go over . . . do a medley of costumes.”
* On the ideal woman: “Female, sir.”
