LANCASTER : Credit Union Robber Sentenced

A 41-year-old transient has been sentenced to nearly six years in federal prison after he pleaded guilty to robbing a Lancaster credit union, the FBI said Thursday.
Allen Boyd Loucks was sentenced Monday in Los Angeles to five years and 11 months in federal prison followed by three years of probation by U.S. District Court Judge William D. Keller.
Based on descriptions by employees, Loucks was arrested shortly after the Aug. 27 robbery of the Northrop Employees Federal Credit Union on East Avenue K-4, said FBI Special Agent Bill Ayers. Loucks pleaded guilty to the robbery Oct. 22, the FBI said.
