Owner Bud Selig of the Milwaukee Brewers, the head of baseball’s executive council, said there won’t be an immediate decision on the fate of Marge Schott after the Reds’ owner appears at a hearing today in Grapevine, Tex.
The council has the power to fine Schott, who has been accused of making slurs against blacks, Jews and Asians, or suspend her.
