Chelsea Is Off to School With Hefty Lunch Stipend

WASHINGTON — President Clinton on Tuesday saw his daughter, Chelsea, off to school with a kiss and a hefty installment of lunch money--a $20 bill. “It’s all I had,” Clinton explained after he gave her the bill outside the back entrance to the White House. Chelsea was bound for her second day as an eighth-grader at the private Sidwell Friends School.
