Big Bucks: Time Warner is paying more than scalper’s prices for the Paul Simon and Art Garfunkel benefit reunion concert by making a $1-million donation to Simon’s Children’s Health Fund. The fund will use the donation, and ticket proceeds (purchasers include Madonna, Magic Johnson and Chevy Chase) to fund mobile health clinics to aid homeless and impoverished children. The Monday concert at the Music Center will also feature appearances by Neil Young and Steve Martin.
