ELEGANCE: Maybe you know Jane Wyman from TV’s “Falcon Crest,” or her 1948 Oscar-winning performance in “Johnny Belinda.” To some, she’s mainly Ronald Reagan’s ex. But to the Orange County branch of the Arthritis Foundation, Wyman has been known for decades as a tireless worker. “She’s extremely elegant, a charming lady,” says Phyllis Salyer of the local branch. The actress will speak today at the foundation’s fund-raising luncheon at the Sheraton Hotel Newport Beach.
