DOMESTIC HELP: So many domestic violence cases are flooding the court dockets that Dist. Atty. Michael R. Capizzi has appointed a full-time coordinator to handle them. . . . Deputy Dist. Atty. Wendy S. Lindley says the days are over when men who batter women can skip out on court-ordered diversion programs--and diversion will be longer, too: “If we take a tough stance early, maybe we can stop some of these cases before they wind up homicides.”
