Al Gutierrez, an Atwater Village architect, was honored as Glendale Memorial Hospital and Health Center’s Volunteer of the Year by the UniHealth America Foundation at a banquet in Beverly Hills.
Gutierrez serves in the Emergency Department, staying with patients in the holding area, and also drives for the Mental Health Department.
The foundation honored one volunteer from each of the 12 facilities, including Glendale Memorial, operated by UniHealth America.
